With a love of story, Michele Cushatt inspires audiences everywhere on the page and stage. Her speaking experience includes Women of Faith, Focus on the Family, Compassion International, writers conferences, business and church events as well as various other conferences and retreats. From 1996-2003 Danny served as Ken's manager during a very significant period of business growth for Ken Davis Productions. Much of the content for the LAUNCH Conference was developed as a result of the business experiences that took place during that time. Over the last 14 years, Ken and Danny have fine tuned what they have learned from working together and are excited to share it with you at this year's LAUNCH Conference.
Currently, Danny serves at First Baptist Church Orlando as the Pastor of Administration, a role he has held since April of 2008. He is a long-time member of First Baptist Church Orlando having joined 1969 when his family moved to Orlando from Miami. His responsibilities at First Baptist include the oversight of over a $17,000,000 yearly budget, as well as coordinating the roles and responsibilities of the pastoral staff of 18 full time pastors and over 100 full time employees.
Danny has been married for 27 years to Betsy (Henry) de Armas and they have three sons, Caleb (married to Cali de Armas, stationed in Ft. Stewart, GA, Active US Army), Seth (Senior at Florida State University, Accounting), Asa (Freshman at Florida State University) and one perfect grandson named Shiloh born to Caleb and Cali in March 2010.

Joy Groblebe is an entrepreneur at heart with a background in event planning, public relations, marketing and sales. Along with her business partner, Brian Scheer, she owns Frontline Management and serves clients including Ken Davis, Michael Hyatt, Michele Cushatt, Claire Diaz-Ortiz, Dr. Tim Kimmel and Jim Ryun. In addition, she is the owner of The Cupcake Tower, an online retail business.
Joy makes her home in Brighton, Colorado with her husband of 11 years, Travis, and their four young children, Jacob, Delaney, Sara and Eleanor. As a work from home professional, wife and mother, life is best described as a blessed, crazy mix of family, friends, travel, OU Football and venti non-fat no foam Starbucks lattes.

For over a decade, Brian Scheer has enjoyed the privilege of working as an artist manager for speakers, artists, entertainers and sport figures. He graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for three years, Brian received his Realty License and worked as a realtor in the state of Colorado, which provided a solid foundation in sales and customer service that serves his clients well to this day. In 2001, Brian and his wife, Traci, moved to Franklin, TN to begin what is now a thriving career in artist management.
Brian and his business partner, Joy Groblebe, have the distinct pleasure to work with such names as Ken Davis, Michael Hyatt, Claire Diaz-Ortiz, Dr. Tim Kimmel, Michele Cushatt and Jim Ryun through their company, Frontline Management.
